Get Genuine Reviews for Your Software
Reviews on FreeSoftwareX are written directly by users through our Write a Review flow — we don't generate or fabricate them. As a vendor, the best way to build up genuine reviews is to make it easy for your real users to leave one.
How to encourage genuine reviews
Share the direct link
Send your customers straight to your product's review page so they can leave feedback in under a minute.
Ask after a good outcome
The best time to ask is right after your product has solved a real problem for someone — feedback is more detailed and honest.
Never pay for reviews
Paid or incentivised reviews get removed on detection and can get a listing suspended. Keep it genuine.
